Divided into Product, Market and Business (dealing with resourcing and financial modelling), the book explains in detail how to examine and assess the merits and risks of a business opportunity, and capture the results in a robust business case.

The final section of the book is dedicated to fund raising, giving an insight into the mind of the investor, hints on how to prepare for due diligence and and an explanation of the term sheet.
